Red Range Search are definded by items with part codes starting with "120-" only Manufacturing defects.

Failures that render part or all of your product to become non-functional.

Our Red Range Search Lifetime Guarantee does not Covers:

Cosmetic blemishes, scratches, stains, or wear & tear.

Failures or breakages due to misuse, neglect, or intentional damage. The guarantee does not cover: water damage, improper handling, battery life, bulbs, colour clarity, colour finish, accidents or wear and tear. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
